Hello

I am a professional photographer, videographer, TV Producer, Director and Writer.  My directing and producing work started in the UK and has taken me to work in Holland, Germany, USA and then NZ since 1999.  I'm a keen fine art historian and this is reflected in my photographic work with attention to detail and light.  I've written and produced many documentary programmes, some with the greatest photographers of their time including: Albert Watson, Terry O'Neil, Terrance Donovan and Linda McCartney.  One series of my photography programmes (Nocon on Photography) was presented by the legendary photographic printer, Gene Nocon.  I also had the honour of researching the This is Your Life story of top international fashion photographer, Norman Parkinson, for Thames TV in the UK.   

 

Nowadays most people have a smart phone in their pocket  and can get some good snaps BUT when it comes to a photograph with that X factor talk to me about making it happen.
